German Sausage Unit

M.e.c was one of the first traders in the UK to bring tasty German sausages to UK events, and still are to this day.

All of our sausages are imported from Nuremberg Germany and are a real good tasty sausage

• Bratwurst. A large sausage of highly seasoned fresh pork.
• Bockwurst. Smoked sausage with paprika.
• Curry wurst. Sliced sausage with curry ketchup.
• Frankfurter. Originally German but popularised in America it's a favourite of ours.
• Krakauer smoked sausage with a hint of garlic.

All are served in a small warm crusty roll alongside onions, senf mustard, ketchup and sauerkraut.

Gluten free sausages are available upon request.
