We can supply all the mobile catering needed for your event, We work closely with a wide range of caterers that we know provide great service,awesome food and quirky outlets. We give you the organiser a choice of many different types of stalls from gazebos, trailers or vintage vans that serve every type of food imaginable from Noddles to Spanish Churros.

The application & selection process
Trader management
We are the direct point of contact for all traders,and wouldnt require you to be in contact with no one apart from ourselfs.We make sure they supply all required documentation and certification, including insurance policies, health & hygiene certificates, and electric, gas and fire certificates. We liaise directly with local councils and environmental health officers to save you time.Taking care of all their queries and ensuring they have everything they need to trade successfully. We always retain high quality concessions and support new businesses we think are an asset to M.E.C.
Site Management
We will work with your event management and site management team to ensure build and break are professionally managed. Providing a seamless service for your company. Our dedicated team will be on-hand throughout the event to help make everything run smoothly.
We would set up a meeting and agree a fee or percentage to be paid to yourself for the rights to supply our catering services. After we finalise that we would then move on to site layout and food court areas.
